New Belgrade’s Hotel IN has a new owner, the company D.N.Z.- Neskovic doo Beograd, which was registered with the Business Registers Agency as the new owner on September 24.
Hotel IN is categorized as a four-star hotel, has 187 rooms and suites, conference rooms, a restaurant, a café, a fitness and wellness center, and parking.
The company D.N.Z.-Neskovic is part of the Neskovic business, which was founded in 1991 in Bijeljina, and has been operating on the Serbian market since 2008. It also owns Hotel Balkan in Belgrade, which opened in 2023.
The information about the sale was also confirmed by the company Avalon Real Estate , which ran the sales process. The legal part of the process was run by the Vulic Law Office.
Avalon said the transaction represented the largest and most significant hotel acquisition in recent years, confirming investors’ strong confidence in the continued growth of Belgrade’s hotel sector.
Details of the transaction value were not disclosed.
